The 2026 Hooters Calendar is here, and it’s putting the spotlight on women from Southwest Florida, including employees from Naples and Fort Myers, who were featured in the stunning Bahamas swimsuit photo shoot. Among the 27 Southwest Florida Hooters employees showcased in the main calendar are Ashly Reyes of Naples and Emily Hagedorn of Fort Myers, each capturing the energy, pride, and spirit that have become synonymous with the Hooters brand.
For Reyes, 25, appearing in the calendar goes far beyond a simple swimsuit photo. The experience represents both personal and professional milestones, as well as a chance to inspire others. “When I came here, I didn’t speak any English at all, and I had to learn it all,” Reyes shares. “(The calendar) made me feel like I was part of something really special. I want to represent also my country, which is Honduras. I want to make sure that I’m able to inspire other girls that come from different countries and to give them hope that if they want something, they can accomplish it.”
Southwest Florida Shines
The annual Hooters Calendar highlights female employees from across the country, but the 2026 edition places particular emphasis on Southwest Florida, featuring team members from Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, and Bradenton. In addition to the main calendar, which showcases 27 local employees, a pull-out poster included at Southwest Florida Hooters locations features another 38 women from the region.
Emily Hagedorn, 22, is a familiar face, making her second appearance in the calendar after previously appearing on the inside back cover last year. Growing up in Nebraska, Hagedorn says she had no idea the calendar existed. Today, she celebrates the opportunity to represent Fort Myers and her Hooters family.
“It’s super-exciting to represent Fort Myers,” Hagedorn explains. “I’ve always wanted to work at Hooters—that’s always been a dream of mine. And then coming down here, I just went in, got an application, started working there, and then, within seven months, I did my first photo shoot. And then this year, too. So it’s super cool… more than I could have ever imagined.”
A Breathtaking Bahamas Shoot
The calendar photo shoot took place in The Bahamas, primarily on the island of Bimini, in late April 2025. For many of the Southwest Florida employees, it was a first-time visit to the tropical paradise.
“It was my first time being there,” Reyes says. “And it was so incredible.”
Hagedorn recalls her early morning shoot vividly. Arriving first on the beach, she posed in a cut-off Hooters tank top, standing thigh-deep in the turquoise waters. “We were kind of on this secluded little beach, like a rocky area—super pretty,” she explains. “I was the first one to shoot at 5:45 in the morning, so I got up and ready. And yeah, it was super-early. But we got a really pretty sunrise, and it was awesome.”
Supporting a Good Cause
The Hooters Calendar is more than just a showcase of beauty and talent. Each calendar sold contributes to a larger purpose. One dollar from each calendar purchase is donated to the Kelly Jo Dowd Breast Cancer Research Fund, part of Hooters’ long-running “Give a Hoot” fundraising campaign. Over the years, Hooters has raised more than $10 million to support breast cancer research, making the calendar not just a collector’s item, but a meaningful contributor to the community.
For Reyes, the charitable aspect of the calendar holds as much value as the opportunity to appear in it. “I love everything that Hooters does—always giving back to the community,” she says. “I think that’s my favorite part of working there.” Reyes is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Florida Gulf Coast University, balancing her academic ambitions with her work at Hooters.
How to Get Your 2026 Hooters Calendar

The calendar prominently features Reyes as the November Hooters Girl and Hagedorn as Miss April, but it also highlights over 200 women across the United States, celebrating the diversity, talent, and personalities that make Hooters unique.
A Celebration of Opportunity and Community
For both Reyes and Hagedorn, the calendar is a reminder of opportunity, hard work, and the power of representing one’s community and culture. Whether it’s waking up before sunrise for a photo shoot on a Bahamian beach, or giving back to support breast cancer research, the 2026 Hooters Calendar is a celebration of empowerment, fun, and community spirit.
“It’s more than just a calendar,” Hagedorn says. “It’s about representing where you come from, your team, and being part of something bigger.”
